FAQs
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in beautiful Southwestern Ontario. And yes, Mena and Oscar will travel anywhere to photograph your wedding.
How long you've been a photographer?
We transitioned from commercial photography to wedding photography five years ago. We’ve been photographing professionally since 2007.
How long will it take to get my wedding photos back?
During wedding season our turn-around time is 6-8 weeks. However, we always deliver sneak-peek photos the morning after your wedding.
What are your payment methods?
You can pay via credit card or eTransfer, and secure your wedding date with a 33% deposit. The last installment is due two weeks before your wedding day.
Are you a full time photographer?
Yes, We are. Being a wedding photographer is what we do. We’ve been using a camera for more than fifteen years now. Be assured that 100% of our time is dedicated to make beautiful memories for couples like you.
What preparations do you make before our wedding?
Months before your wedding we’ll meet to fill out a questionnaire and go through all the details and preparations you’ve made for your wedding day.
We have four professional cameras and three spare cameras as a backup as well. We’ll have our car fully serviced, and weeks before we’ll go through every single detail of your wedding together.
